About Us

We all have the innate ability to be present, composed, and to pause before we overreact to the challenges of our busy lives and that’s the ground of mindfulness. With some guidance and training, mindfulness can develop into a way of living that brings greater focus and effectiveness as well as kindness and caring into everything we do. We also offer more advanced courses, ongoing drop-in meditation classes, workshops, and seminars on mindfulliving topics to help support all levels of practice. The Mindfulness is a not-for-profit company founded by Mr. Rahul Gajbhiye in 2020. Rahul Gajbhiye is a mindfulness teacher and practitioner, with a background in business. The entire team is deeply motivated by the way the practice has changed and enriched their own lives and by the huge evidence base that shows it has the potential to do the same for many others. Plus side of our vision is that the courses are designed for all age group.

Our Vission

The Mindfulness has the intention to reduce human suffering, promote well-being and create the conditions in which people can flourish. We have created this platform for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible. Around this shared intention we aim to bring together a network of highly trained mindfulness-based supervisors, teachers and retreat leaders to offer empirically-supported mindfulness based courses to all regardless of  economic, social, religious or political boundaries; and personal and professional development opportunities for mindfulness-based course teachers to support them to work within recognised Good Practice Standards. By offering a secular and evidence-based approach, we hope to teach our audience what meditation is and help make learning mindfulness meditation more accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience while keeping it real and meaningful.

Rahul Gajbhiye

Rahul Gajbhiye is a mystic person with unique expertise inbusinesses that improve the world. During his fun-filled teenage years he encountered mindfulness, a journey he’s grateful to continue. Rahul brings his sunny personality to The Mindfulness. With a background in exploring and business, he has always enjoyed the human aspect of these fields. Whether it be capturing the human spirit in art, observing how to market to others, or interacting face to face with people at their door. He had started applying mindfulness in his own life and found The Mindfulness as the perfect fit to apply his talents, bringing his unique perspective to The Mindfulness as he connects with others in the mindfulness space. While pursuing his Phd he explored mindfulness to its depth and now he has came up with an easily accessible platform for every person, where they can get to learn the art of getting connected to their breathe, to reconnect, to rebuilt and to replenish themselves with positivity. His journey of being lavish to a back to nature person is truly inspiring and remarkable for others.
